Hello, running Ubuntu 11.10 64bit from memory stick suspends
successfully.
I wonder if the difference is in post-install or is Xubuntu trying
suspend some other way.
Anyway, the only way I will found out is if I run Xubuntu 11.10 64bit
from memory stick also.

Alright, disabled screensaver entirely, checked if all power management
settings make sense in XFCE and still no change.
I will try suspend in Ubuntu 11.10 (I myself have installed Xubuntu on
this particular PC) from memory stick.

Switched ACPI Suspend Type from [S3(STR)] to [S1(POS)]*, still fail.
Tried in XFCE - still fail. This time though I noticed that for some odd reason
it kicked in screensaver before total suspend - why would it do that?
Hibernate fails exactly the same way.
S3 - Set s
