I see this all the time...perhaps every time update manager is opened. I have additional behavior such as the window "size" is maximized, but it is not positioned properly. Part of the window appears on my secondary monitor, or off-screen, as the case may be. Perhaps this is the same effect as me

I made a fresh *install* yesterday, but nothing has been changed. 1. Maximize the update-manager window 2. Close it 3. Re-open it Result as image attached, it's not really maximized (may be a problem related with global-menu). In fact, the window is correctly maximized but it doesn't support glob
