Thanks for reporting this bug.
First, let's leave the other problems (pulseaudio, rhythmbox etc) for
the moment, a kernel shouldn't OOPS no matter what you throw at it, and
it is probably a separate problem anyway. Also; I tried powercycling the
USB midi stuff I have here, and it seems to work

PulseSinks: Error: command ['pacmd', 'list-sinks'] failed with exit code 1:
No PulseAudio daemon running, or not running as session daemon.
PulseSources: Error: command ['pacmd', 'list-sources'] failed with exit code

Rhythmbox doesn't play music too. But vlc works. Last time i apt-get
upgraded was three days ago. After upgrading today rhythmbox stopped
playing audio.
