Dmitry, can you try launching system-config-printer from a terminal, and before that run export LANG=en_US.UTF-8 to see if it is specific to the Russian locale? Also what kind of printer protocol did you choose to get to the crasing dialog (USB, parallel, samba, other)? thanks -- [apport] syste

I still can't reproduce this myself. I tried selecting 'Epson' for the manufacturer, then selecting the first model in the list and holding down the down-arrow key until the last model was selected. 'Printer', 'PPD', and 'Driver' buttons were all set, and I tried with LC_ALL=ru_RU.UTF-8. I hope
