Just Upgraded to 12.04 LTS from 11.10.
Setup: Using Oracle VirtualBox 4.1.14 r77440 ovr Windows 7 Ultimate.
Scrolling using Mouse Wheel has stopped working altogather.
It does not work in any application at all (tried with Dashboard, Firefox,
Nautilus File Manager).
Booted back from 11.10 Live C
This was fixed with a combination of a work around in
gwibber=3.3.91-0ubuntu2 and a gtk patch in gtk=3.3.18-0ubuntu2

This is a real bug - i.e., scrolling doesn't work. I'm not sure if it's
a gwibber problem or a scrollbar problem, but we cannot say that
scrolling not working is "invalid" as a bug report. Nor does the fact
that the issues are being worked on make a bug report invalid.

ok, now scrolling with mouse wheel or touchpad works (sluggish, indeed:
choqok with same accounts on Kubuntu Oneiric is much faster) but overlay
scrollbars are unusable, they disappear before one can click & drag
them.

it happens to me too (yesterday everything was fine), but I noticed it
doesn't happen in firefox, where there aren't overlay scrollbars
