The Jordi Mallach's explanation is right.
But I've more information. This happens when the desktop effects are enabled.
When you load yelp, the window title is "loading..." even after the doc has
loaded and remains when you browse different documents, but when you resize the
window, the problem

I think I'm seeing something similar. Firefox doesn't display a title at
the top of the window when visiting http://hadessuk.blogspot.com/2007/04
/playlist-parser-api-has-changed.html . Screenshot attached.

Daniel, apparently, the window title is always "Loading...", even after
the doc has loaded.
Jordi, does this happen with any help items or one in particular? Can you post
a screenshot? Can you execute
$ LANG=en_US.UTF-8 yelp and see if using that locale helps?
