I went into BIOS and looked for IOMMU(and other entries like MMU) ->
nothing.
A internet search has shown me so far that IOMMU is not common on AMD
chipsets.

that for some hardware under amd interrupt remapping may not be
supported? But I don't see any errors to that effect in your output.

Only adding the "02:00:0 Caicos [Radeon HD6450]" without the audio
component "02:00:1 Caicos HDMI Audio [Radeon HD 6400 Series]" brings on
the same virt-manager stacktrace, but a different kernel.log entry.
As far as I can see it is only missing the ausio/HDMI entries, the rest
is the same.
