Yes, it is reproducible.
Just start rythmbox and select a song to play. After it finishes playing that
song there should be a small pop-up from the icon in the tray that notifies the
user about the new song. However this doesn't happen even though the option in
the right-click menu on the icon i

Today, I tried to reproduce the bug - and I failed. I uninstalled the
plasma widget, and started the GNOME nm-applet, and everything worked
smoothly. And - surprise, surprise - even after I reinstalled the plasma
widget, everything works fine when using the GNOME nm-applet. It doesn't

Tried it with a usb disk. There it worked perfectly.
I've attached the html files generated by gparted.
Still leaves me wondering why gparted failed on my spinpoint F1's.
Maybe this version of Gparted can't cope with TB-sized drives? it wouldn't be
the first time I've heard of such limitations.

I just ran into this bug after installing Ubuntu Netbook Remix (9.04) on
my Eee PC 900A. I have an internal 4GB SDD that I mount as root (/) and
a 8GB SD card that I mount as /home.
Looks like there might be a way to trap the failure as fsck fails with
an 8. I'm going to experiment with catching 8

sorry for the mess happened. The first time I used apport-collect it gave me an
error so I made it again, and the surprise that I have two copies of the
collected reports.
What I wanted to say that after running karmic for more than 20 hours it
consumes 180MB !

I'm appending a patch, written against rev 356.
It adds the --with-xfconf configure option that will use Xfconf and XFCE's
default values instead of Gconf / GNOME's.
Please check the two FIXME in the patch, Mirco. If anything else is needed from
me, let me know.
The next step is to get a notify
I hope this issue has a good chance of being fixed in the next release
of Ubuntu, so I shall wait till beta versions are available for testing.

Huh, it turns out that jack support was intentionally disabled in Ubuntu:

Because jack is not in main, portaudio cannot depend on it. How can this

When I open Firefox an old history of tabs (weeks old) open. If I save a
sessions tabs on quit it will open on saved tabs but if not saved will
open on an old set of tabs.

Same behaviour here. I am using Jaunty and Empathy from the ppa. Just by
today, sofia sip got updated through the update manger, but it didnt
change anything. I was calling empathy from my mobile phone. It works
flawlessly with Linphone and ekiga, so port settings etc. are o.k.
