Keyboard stops working after suspend on Dell XPS 13
Public bug reported:
Hi, I'm Gaël Bonithon from Xfce, I'm the maintainer of xfce4-panel.

xfce4-panel at 4.18.4. However, a patch released in xfce4-panel 4.18.6
is required when using glib 2.80:
My testing results on Ubuntu 23.10 on a Dell XPS 13 9350:
6.5.0-26-generic (earlier mantic) : Keyboard works after suspend
6.5.0-28-generic (current mantic) : Keyboard does not work after suspend!
6.5.0-40-generic (mantic-proposed) : Keyboard does not work after suspend!
