at minimum, we should never play the ringtone when on an active call,
possibly just vibrate. The current behavior on build 210 on mako only
plays ringtone and doesn't vibrate at all when on active call. Reversing

Note: long pressing on 1 will dial voice mail. There is an open bug that if

- run camera-app
- swipe up from bottom to reveal controls
- turn on flash and turn on HDR
- from a terminal, log in and find pid of camera-app, then do "kill -2 "
- camera-app should die
- relaunch camera-app
Expected results:

The problem here is that sometimes EDS is not getting started or starts
and crashes. Whenever the contacts are blank, ps reveals that evolution-
addressbook-factory is not running. This should get started by dbus
activation, and we've now explicitly started it via the address-book-
service.conf ups
