I got the -5.15 kernel now and I just got intel DDX driver
2:2.6.1-1ubuntu1 through apt. This fixed all my booting problems.
If someone else is still having problems after installing 2.6.1 of the
intel xorg driver please post here asap. Otherwise I suggest this bug be

and some other folks discussed the fact that ubuntu now has vblank
waiting enables. I've no idea what this really means but as far as I
understood this means that for instance in glxgears will drastically
reduce it's FPS

I ran through a suspend/resume now as well and that did immediately
trigger the bug. Afterwards I had this really nasty error in the dmesg
saying something about corruption on low memory. There is even two
kernel callstacks in my dmesg it seems.
