Morning! I have a broadcome 4311 on an HP dv2000.  I download and installed the b43-fwcutter_011-4ubuntu1-i386.deb.   I also installed wl_apsta-3.130.20.0, which I think is the driver.  Under hardware drivers it shows Broadcom B43 wireless driver enabled and not in use.   Pinging produces 100%
