you can always join the Debian project and make debian packages for those
softwares. In time, those will be brought to ubuntu.
Or, you know, you can use
pip --user
or use a proper virtual environment.

Just that I haven't had an usable desktop for weeks on this latest beta.
While I generally agree that some things might break, to have a constant
broken state of everything does not help much. A bit more care before
committing might help?

Note: we sell only with pt-br layouts, and it seems the chinese
manufacturers put the mappings of the microsoft media keys on them.
