Добавил строчку Modes 1900x1080, после перезагрузки гном вообще не
загрузился! Появилось окошко с предложениями заново сконфигурировать
систему востановить из backup итп.

Но все же мне очень интересно как того же эффекта можно добиться правя

Ok, I solved my problem now.
My cacert.pem was a x509 v3 certificate, with Signature Algorithm:
md5WithRSAEncryption. With that cacert I got a Verification failed
from the gnutls-cli command (but not from the openssl command like
posted above).

I'm mean what cviniciusm reports on 2009-11-12, affects me too in the
exact same way.
It seems to be a recent bug, because some of my server on which logwatch
was installed for a while do not have the issue.
On a working server :

ok, so I found the problem. The pcap that wyatt earp attached
(excellent info, thanks wyatt) shows the same scenario I'm seeing at
home, where the DHCP server's DHCPACK message includes two (identical)
subnet mask options.
Now, I'm no DHCP expert, but RFC 2131, Page 23 says
Options may appear
ugh, accidentally posted that message in the middle of editing it.
So, the subnet_number function sees an address of 4 bytes, but a netmask
of 8 bytes and fails.
Where I was headed is that I think dhclient should be modified to ignore
duplicate options sent by the server.

Made changes to apparmor, still mysql will not start.
Also did not have skip-bdb in my.cnf.

1) Rythnmbox ne s'arrête pas de jouer lorsque je ferme l'appli, un processus en
arrière-plan continue de diffuser la musique. Ca fonctionnait correctemet avec
unbuntu 9.04.

Lors de mon passage de la 9.06 à la 9.10 au redémarrage j'ai perdu les
icônes des barres de taches , grâce à la commande killall gnome-panel
, elles reviennent, mais lors de chaque démarrage d'Ubuntu je retrouve
ce problème , comment faire pour pérenniser la permanence des icônes au

network manager ne m'affiche plus les connections wifi disponible dans
la zone de notification, mais affiche qu'il n'y a aucune connection,
alors que la connection wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Une idée pour

No, it is not possible to upgrade only a small part of Karmic. It's fine
if you want to stay on Karmic. This kind of breakage sometimes happens
in the development version of Ubuntu and if you cannot risk that it
might stop working after an upgrade, it is better not to run it. On my
laptop I have
