I removed my machine through the web, then clicked 'connect' in

a bug that has been fixed in the version 3.5.6 of mozilla firefox. This happens

I am now unable to help debug because I now have Tuxonice kernels.
This is not still an issue for me because I have installed Tuxonice. Tuxonice

7400 laptop.
I can confirm that adding the lapic kernel parameter works around the
problem. Before adding the parameter, dummy APIC emulation was used and
the CPU was running hot. With the lapic parameter, the warning
True. This is fixed upstream. Using 2.28.2 on karmic here, and brasero
-e works fine.
Again, I believe the modification, on jaunty, of the desktop files as I
suggested above is perfectly safe.

I have a new UEC setup this morning from the current archive.
CLC+WC+CC+SC, and 4xNC.
The CLC was definitely up and running and serving the preseed.conf
before the NCs were installed.

on IRC, compiz sets the key for the user during login with that wrong
key combination.
I don't quite understand how compiz' key bindings work in that regard.

I haven't tried the patch yet, but I got an update today that included
gnome-power-manager (didn't check if indicator-application was included
as well) and the issue is still there. On my end personally, I'm using
Lucid with gnome-shell. It did work initially (even in gnome-shell)
until sometime
