Two problems really. Just upgraded kubuntu to Lucid and found no KDE installed:
bad news: if you're on kubuntu KDE should be upgraded automatically. So using
kpackagekit in gnome installed the standard metapackage and got the option to
log in with KDE (good news) but then
I have not tried 10.10 yet, but if I have time before release, I will.

I haven't experienced it with Lucid on 2 different machines. If my
memory isn't playing tricks on me, I think I did see it once or twice
with Karmic.

Yeah, I'm getting the same problem after upgrade. I don't have an
encrypted disk, but whenever I open a subdirectory of my home Nautilus
would crash as per above.
Opening sub-directories that are bookmarked (i.e. appear in the Nautilus
places menu) of ~ causes this crash, but not others.
Most odd - I would guess it's some sort of packaging issue... At least
the normal ./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr make sudo make install;
dance works for me if I set LANG=da_DK.utf-8 when running
unity-applications-daemon.
I'll talk to didrocks/seb128 about this today...

Probably not. It would take a new install to truly replicate this and we've
moved on to 10.04 for most installs now! However reinstalling the nis
3.17-25ubuntu1 package on 9.10 works so I'd presume that a patch to some other
area has fixed the cause in passing.

It seems the installer remembers the previous setup. I was testing with
RAID5, removed the RAID setup, removed LVM and freed the disks so that
they show free space. This was not enough for the installer to detect
it was not RAID5 anymore but RAID10 instead.

(173.14.27). I tested 173 and user switching works fine now. According
