Same thing here, after upgrading from Lucid to Maverick. Clicking
System Nautilus Actions Configuration has no visible effect, but
puts a nautilus-actions-config-tool item into the process list. After
that, when I try to start nautilus-actions-config-tool from the

lucid box my usb midi interface um-1g stopped

No, in recent Lucid there is no such problem. Actually I *never* seen
any OOPS on Lucid at all. Hence I believe you can close this bug as
fixed, at least for Lucid which is fairly stable when it comes to CPU
frequency switching, etc.
