Pelo que entendi você tem o Ubuntu já instalado em seu sistema, e o que você
tem é um CD do Win7, que já vem pré instalado
Então, Zandre, confiança no modo de dizer... desde sempre eu tenho testado
as versões betas e nenhuma vez elas travaram a ponto de derrubar a maquina e
travar os serviços que uso, o pessoal da canonical trabalha muito bem nesse
quisito, já com o Fedora (open) não consegui manter os testes mesmo
Tentei lhe dizer isso desde a primeira mensagem!!! =(

Whoops, I was barking up the wrong tree. hexdump -c showed that the
sieve files were not identical, and that the failing one contained an
additional \r character.
#sed -e 's/\r//' test.sieve test2.sieve
allowed this to work. Please close.

To clarify, the packages from ppas do get installed, but the key is not
available for apt-get updates after installation.
