When doing the actual backup, the progress bar is moving from 0 to 100%
without any intermediate steps. What also good be usefull: an indication
what het upload speed is, and in conjunction with the file size, a
calculated ETA.

I recently made the giant leap to Ubuntu from Windows. I failed to check
the certified hardware list. It turns out my HP Pavillion DV6 is not in
that list. Therefore all my drivers aside of USB do not work. No webcam
or audio. Please help!

Yeah, it broke again in gnome-shell 3.1.90, but for a different reason:
the default keybinding for the run dialog got cleared for some reason.

I did not publish a new cdrtools release since june even though there is
new code (e.g. available in the schily source consolidation).
If you like to make a binary package, please contact me so I can make a new
cdrtools source release and give some advise on how to compile things the
best way.

Each time I boot my system and log in, no window decorations are
produced around any window that I open. I can 'fix' it by sudo compiz
--replace (terminal command below) but this command needs to be ran
each time I log in and this does not create a very pleasant desktop
