oocairo. but the actual release is awesome 3.5 which doesnt rely on
oocairo but uses lua-lgi instead. oocairo got removed on 13.10.
so either you need to manually install oocairo or you need to manually
edit

the fix is to change `NoDisplay=true` to `NoDisplay=false` in
/usr/share/xsessions/awesome.desktop as mentioned above and on some blogs. this
should be easily fixed, imho

I build up my new system and thought it would be a good idea to install ubuntu
12.10 beta1.
In general it was booting up to lightdm. Sometimes I had a GPU-hung directly
after login.
I rebooted the system and everything was working again.
But after – lets call it final update – that was around
I did a fresh installation. I am going to report back, how everything is

I can't get online with empathy. I tried salute, gmail, jabber none of

In dmesg are some error messages. It looks like it is a permission

As digikam at the moment stores it's high quality icons only in the oxygen icon
theme,
unity and gnome will not find them by default. So please try:
# Copy digikam icons from oxygen to the fallback hicolor theme.
cd /usr/share/icons/oxygen
sudo rsync -vR */apps/digikam.png ../hicolor

upgraded to 12.10 and this bug still exists

I am sorry the problem is still present with your ppa. I also think that the
linked report (bugzilla) is a different issue.
I have taken a look at the screenshots and they look different in comparison to
my problem.
