it is definitely an improvement here. Almost all the missing
translations are gone (the few left are possibly really untranslated

Regions of the screen that are not repainted or are simply filled with
static. If those regions contain a widget (a button or a line edit, for
example) moving the mouse over them triggers a correct repaint.
