require no xorg.conf at all, which would then autdetect the appropriate
configuration based on your actual hardware. Note that many hardy

Re: having separate packaged plugins in universe: this would require
duplication of the code for something that could build in universe, and
makes security/upgrade/whatnot support a bit of a nightmare. To enable

I'm marking this done, as it appears to be deleted from intrepid (and
built in hardy). Note that packages removed from Debian unstable before
DIF, and without Ubuntu variation, are semi-automatically removed, and
do not need specific removal requests.
