Confirmed. The same occurs when I try installing
openoffice.org-hyphenation-en-us_2.3.1-1ubuntu1_all.deb.
It's a conflict between the package openoffice.org-hyphenation (0.2) and
openoffice.org-hyphenation-en-us (2.3.1-1ubuntu1).
