2.6.28-15-generic.
/proc/acpi/thermal_zone/TZ01/temperature seems to be very inaccurate

The patch at http://launchpadlibrarian.net/23927293/ltsp-updates-
option.patch adds a --updates option to ltsp-build-clients, this could
easily be made the default.
Once this is fixed, please could we have it backported to hardy as well?
thanks.

Please could this bug fix be backported to Hardy? It's now in Debian
Stable.
If there is no release manager for GDM, does that mean that nobody has
authority to evaluate this bug and to decide whether to backport the
fix, so it will never happen? If so, can I volunteer to be a release
manager for
Another vote for a backport to Hardy :)

I have a machine with an Intel 82567V-2 (ICH10) onboard gigabit
ethernet, and Hardy does not detect and cannot use this card even with
the latest released kernel (2.6.24-24). I think this is the same problem
as above, i.e. that the e1000e driver just does not recognise the PCI
IDs for the device,
For anyone who is trying to do this (for example to get a reproducible
clean environment for testing purposes) and missing the essential steps,
they are:

Sorry, you're right. Setting the components doesn't help, you have to do
something like this:
ltsp-build-client --mirror http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu;
--extra-mirror http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hardy-updates main
restricted
Even more reason to at least add a simple option to
Note that whenever you build or rebuild an LTSP chroot environment, you
must include the updates components or you will not get this bug fix:
ltsp-build-client --components main,restricted,updates
I think it might be a good idea to release a new ltsp-client-core for
hardy that includes updates
