Just did a fresh install on RPi3 Model B.
Got struck by the `apt update & upgrade` bug, reinstalled and followed the
0x02008000 instructions successfully rebooted into an updated system.
After all updates, version is: 4.4.0-1086

I can't use tftpd-bootp to install ubuntu to another computer that has no other
option to boot but PXE.
Client can't get ip address for first.
Documentation about this is worst i've seen Do this, no do that no fuck you
style of instructions.
