I am following up once more on my own message. Regarding the mounting of USB
sticks, I just realized that I *could* mount them from the command line as root
but they do *not* generally get automounted. Automount returns the error I

Hi Oliver,
Thanks for your response and suggestions. My comments are interdispersed below.

Hi Oli,
i965 is not an option because we need the Atom Silverthorne CPU (low
power) - and it requires Poulsbo chipset, can't work with older chips
like i965 as far as I could check. I fully agree though with you about
opening the 3d driver. But until they do that, we're stuck. Which is
something I

Ok I have tried this now with my network connections which are locked
and I do not get any networks visible (windows sees about 10 as does my
M200 running Ubuntu desktop). If I run iwlist scan I get 'wlan0 No scan
results'.
Is there any way I can uninstall the card and reinstall it? Somethin
Ok, thanks for your answer.

Thank you for the explanation. Let's hope this will make it to Jaunty
then. Vesa works fine, it's just that our company is designing a MID and
we're betting a bit on PSB codec acceleration and 3d capabilities (for
compiz). We'd really like to sell the device with a sweet eye candy user

Concerning the CPU itself, likely no problem.
