This bug is not related to bind9, but to OpenLDAP. OpenLDAP has two
configuration files for authenticating against a ldap-server:

not using this configuration i.e. it assumes that samba will deal with
binding to all interfaces.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
I would recommend for the time being that you delete the example
dc=nodomain - this is a legacy from older releases which provided an
example set of data.
You should then be able to upgrade openldap.

Hi Rahul
I think this was probably a transient error during upgrade. Please can
you try running:
sudo apt-get -f install
in a terminal - hopefully this should complete the configuration of
libapache2-mod-php5.
