I spent six hours trying to figure out what's wrong with the TV card and
the answer was really simple.
Because this system is more like Debian, I just had to configure it like a
Debian.
Just open a terminal and do this…….
sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/saa7134.conf
(put these lines i

I agree with Len, with external monitoring, you don't need low latency when
recording and mixing with Ardour. At all. I do that all the time.
