When we mean upgrade from 12.04 to 12.04.3 we mean the normal package
updates using Software Updater. We don't mean an actual release
upgrade to 12.10 or 13.04 (or, in that regard, 13.10). It has nothing
to do with selecting LTS updates or normal releases.
