A French user could reproduce with apt 0.9.7.5 : see Bug #1096142
IMHO, this is a bug of apt, not a translation problem:
- either 'apt' should not make Y/n a non-translatable string
- or 'apt' should make sure that the key is corresponding to the localized
string
