The language packs have been moved to -updates. Thanks Martin, and thanks to those who tested. Since this is the first full update of an LTS, all the built language packs - also those which were not tested - have been moved to xenial-updates, and with that made available to all users. Notably

Tests for Dutch language passed. Can someone add Team: Dutch, Passed test: yes to the wiki LanguagePackUpdatesQA page, please? I also tested Yelp, and noticed that one string was not translated, so I changed that on [1]. Hannie [1]
