Actually I have that problem with the N95 too - it only works if you leave it plugged in and then power down the machine. Then, magically, the "USB cable is safe to remove"... It doesn't seem to cause data corruption if you unmount it and then wait for the message that it is safe to remove on the

Hi, It's not often I ask questions like this of the list but I'm pretty stumped at the moment. I've got a Nokia N73, I've got a USB cable and I've got a PC with Ubuntu Gutsy. How do I get them to party? I'd like to be able to synchronise calendar and contacts but I can't seem to be able to suss
