Same thing for me with my new Dell Inspiron Mini 1012.
In Ubuntu 9.10 the vertical scrolling works everywhere beautifully, even
in Terminal. Its a real pleasure. But the horizontal scrolling doesn't
work at all.

I believe that Macbook Pro 4,1 and newer use newer hardware and thus
have a different kernel module (bcm5974). This newer hardware make up
the multitouch touchpads (i.e. can track something like 11 different
independent touches all at once). Older hardware uses the appletouch

I ported nw-fermi to 2.6.33.2 in the attached patch; just a few kfifo
API adjustments, and I put the 007a device by default.
For those using nw-fermi, did you calibrate the screen? Did you modify
your xorg.conf?

Sound on Internet-Videostreams does not work since last Update this morning.
On this update, the audacious-plugins were removed and are not installable
anymore and the sound on Internet-Videostremas does not work anymore.
timosha told me already, that this is because of above mentioned bug.
