Hey there,
I want to reopen this bug, since I still have this issue with randr and
the fglrx driver on my new natty installation.
I'm on ubuntu 11.04
and have tried with the newest fglrx-installer (2:8.840-0ubuntu4).

After the install i just got an us keyboard layout and i need to install the
german one manualy.
But after every reboot i got the us keyboard again and have to change it back

It simply does not work with kernel > 2.6.32.
Affected all ubuntu systems > 10.04 LTS.
Changing nvidia driver does not help at all.
This is clearly not an nvidia-graphics-drivers but a regression in the linux
kernel or kernel options.

I installed Natty a couple of days ago. When Unity came up, it was
sluggish and many apps crashed. I switched to "classic with no effects",
and continued setting up stuff. Later I realised that hardware
acceleration was not working. I fixed it (don't remember how), and the
i have installed the new kernel but still no brightness...

The same problem in Natty :/ It started yesterday, directly after I had
upgraded my Maverick to Natty.
There was no problem at all in Maverick, now it happends sometimes. I
don't see a rule here. While ago I was not able to write a word
correctly (it was always like ubbuunnntuu

After upgrading from Lucid to Natty, the touch screen in my ThinkPad X61
Tablet stops working. The screen will not respond to touch action. But
the stylus is still working.
I tried:
xsetwacom --list

version 173.14.30 is buggy for GeForce FX 5200
I have ubuntu 11.04 with nvidia driver 270.41.06 Still I have the
same problem with white windows ... I can only work with 3 windows. Not

Hi, Bryce. I'm still experiencing corruption issues. On a fresh boot,
there is no corruption. But I've discovered how to reproduce it
consistently: put the computer on suspend, and then resume.

I have a GeForce 7300 LE and none of the nvidia drivers work for me. I
have to change my xorg.conf drivers to nv to get my system to boot
otherwise it just hangs after I enter my password.

Well, I've discovered that if i set cloned monitor, the external monitor
works as expected, but the resolutions are reduced to 800x600
