I made a video because the issue only occurs when I move the mouse. I
only captured lightdm but I have exactly the same behaviour on the

Like many Ubuntu packages, Mir does not have separate dbg packages.
But you can get debug symbols for any package (in theory) using
ddebs.ubuntu.com:
