I found a fix, if I update the pixmap in SetWindowPixmap the testcase
doesn't crash.
Good catch! Could you rebase your patch with git master and send it to
the glamor mail list:

create picture 0x1cd457e0, with drawable 0x1327d1f0
(some log spam removed, involving correct picture and drawable)
destroy picture 0x1cd457e0, with drawable 0x1cd65820 and private 0x1cd658e0 0

I have exactly the same behaviour with a Logitech Anywhere MX mouse.
Dragging almost never works.

I am happy to report that the workaround has been merged into Chromium
31. Tabs should display titles again from Chromium 31 onwards -- please
report on http://crbug.com/123104 if there are still problems after 31.
As a side effect, users upgrading to Chromium 31 will have a missing
fade effect
High: Problem with essential hardware component (touchpad) - although
the work around of the mouse is tempting to set a little lower.
Hamilton please confirm:
1) which model computer you're using
2) Does 13.10 help?
3) When you say you reverted to 12.04, which 12.04?
I've been able to consistently reproduce the corruption and crash.

Running on a Samsung Chromebook 5 installed with chrubuntu and upgraded
from precise all the way to saucy. The trackpad works fine, except the
lower right edge always make a right-click even if single clicked. I
can't find a way to turn that behavior off.
I investigated
I forgot to add: XUbuntu is running wonderfully on this machine
otherwise. There are just a couple of little tweaks needed, like this
one, and this US$250 machine will make a really nice Ubuntu ultrabook!
