Fresh install of
I tend to have two chromium sessions open, one for personal, one for
work. Typically they can have 20 tabs open each. They both have gmail
always open. Personal also has G+, tweetdeck, drive and few non-dynamic
pages. Most of my work pages are google docs or launchpad pages.

X is fine. It is OpenGL that is slow. Solution stop using an OpenGL
compositor that triggers software fallbacks in its most frequent

I apologize for the long wait but, that version of ubuntu is pretty
unstable on my system. I have not gotten it to boot properly since I

I upgraded my laptop first to Precise and then to Quantal, but the bug
persists. I tried to boot from the Live CD, but it fails on me. I made
sure that the computer was actually trying to boot from the CD, and I
