nvidia-libopencl1-331-updates for the reason in comment #33. Since that
is a problem in the wine dependencies rather than the nividia/opencl

same situation (Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5934). What I did to WORKAROUND
the Radeon overheat issue was to utilize cpu governoring, as outlined in

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT option of the /etc/defaut/grub file. Like
this :

I did the fix in #26 and it fixed my issues as well.
The only difference was that in nvidia-settings my samsung tv was coming up as
DFP-1 so I had to change it to :
