I don't think it affects xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu), actually. I agree with the assumption of a KDE-problem. Since it affects only certain applications, and even only certain menues in that application. In my case 'bookmarks' is clickable, 'menu' not. -- You received this bug
