*** PROBLEM SOLVE ***
Linux Mint 14 works fine and has solved many bugs :)
All Bugs I had before are gone, at the time i had no critical point,
im very happy with mint 14.
So the problem with freezing should be solved with ubuntu 12.10 too because of
another kernel
and mint 14 based on ubuntu 12.
Test the new Linux Mint(14), i think it works fine because of another
kernel ;)

Some things to add:
* I suspend at least daily, this strikes me on one out of five resumes.
* I have never experienced any lockups on resume on this machine (installed
around maverick) until upgrade to precise alpha, so this is a regression for
precise.
* killing gnome-session respawns a function
The bug affects me too. Killing compiz as you requested didn't really
fix the issue. X was updated again, but unity/compiz did not restart.
Manually restarting unity/compiz ("DISPLAY=:0.0 compiz" from tty1) re-
freezed X, which could subsequently not be unfrozen by killing compiz.
Let me know how I
Guess it's a unity bug then. Can anyone assign it to the unity-devs?
