FFE: Update Intel OpenCL stack,
Public bug reported:
This is a request for a pre-ack to allow updating the Intel OpenCL
stack to versions that work with the default llvm release in focal,
which is 10.
The problem right now is that a bug in llvm-10 prevents builds against
it in some packages like intel-opencl-clang, which in
no need to get this in the xserver, if someone forces i965 dri driver
they can also live with the brief ugliness after login

Hmm, realized that since this happens on intel gen9 only and with i965
dri driver, it doesn't affect focal anymore since it uses iris dri
driver by default. So the patch to disable CCS compression could just be
dropped anyway.

Bug filed on Debian. It's missing some from our list:
kbd/mouse still needed by hurd/kfreebsd
and xwiimote is not maintained by XSF, and same applies to mtrack which
was accidentally included on the list. Both are essentially abandoned by
the maintainer too, and I've poked him about these.

The patch is from current upstream version, and it just flips the
default in the code.
Modifying 70-wacom.conf locally wouldn't be a permanent solution, as a
package update would overwrite it. But flipping the default by the user

This is because gallium drivers no longer forcefully disable 10 bpc (by
a distro patch), but if our mutter won't gain support for 10bpc, then
the patch should probably be reapplied.
