This bug does NOT effect Ubuntu 12.04.3 with AMD drivers running.

I have a similar problem, maybe Sergey will know if it's the same thing.
When I take screenshots I get old stuff that used to be on the screen
some time ago.
I found that switching to a text-mode virtual terminal and back to X,
then immediately taking the screenshot, gets me the correct screen
