Hey jan-grobecker,
You filed this bug report against natty, but I see it's still open and
doesn't appear to have much activity recently. So, now that oneiric
is released and stable, this may be a good point for you to upgrade
and re-test if this issue is still present there.

I forgot to mention, that this problems also doesn't occur on another
Laptop (same local Installation of Ubuntu Natty) but with Intel 945GM
Express Chipset instead of Intel QM57 chipset for internal graphic. So
to me this seems to be related to issues inside the Intel graphics
driver.

The problem seems to be related to #681194 remote eclipse makes xorg
crash on svn update, which has unfortunately been closed before i
stumbled upon it.
