Any progress on this? Most users, including myself, are completely in
the dark regarding what goes on behind the scenes with bug triage, and
what the workload and backlog looks like for various projects. I guess
what I'm asking is, should I get my hopes up that this will be fixed
before this lapt

Yes, I am still experiencing this problem. In fact I carry a mouse
everywhere, so I would LOVE to see this fixed. I've run apport, but it
is very unstable. It failed several times until it succeeded, and it
seems that it didn't succeed in uploading everything the first time,

Ellis Rahhal, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. This
bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently.
We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, Please execute the
following command, as it will automatically gather debugging info
