Hi!
Now playing with udmsearch searching facilities, I saw nowhere a matching ratio.
I mean by this best matching documents are detected and displayed first.
Is it me or this feature is missing ?

Errors are network errors.
And so documents are not processed, just detected...
What happen, indexed at the next launch ?

Hi !
I was wondering. I got multiple errors on a site (dont know why suddenly it happened).
So indexer skipped many URLs. What happen with these ?
If I relaunched indexer, will it check again ?
Thanks

Thinking about it, I think maybe just adding a DisableParentDir yes could be enough
This will make .. being ignored, but the recurse suck will still work :)

Hi guys,
I switched to 3.1.8. Seems to work much better, but found some strange things.
So I still got my main file, and my include. My include is now common for all files
(some indexing local, other indexing remote data) and works fine. This global file is:

solve this using
allow, I will have to create an allow for each of my suffix. But suffixes are not
trustable facing the Unix 'file' command to determine what is *really* the format of a
file.
A good point anyway, my script seems to run quite well.
Anybody got some hints for me ?
Thanks

Hi,
Ok, I checked and confirm a bug with include command. This explains all my many
problems.
Configuration: Linux RedHat 6.2, MySQL. UDMSearch 3.0.23
Main configuration file...
DBAddr mysql://udmsearch:udmsearch@localhost/udmsearch_hackbooks/
Include /argosnet/system/udmsearch/etc/indexer-7
Hi,
After investigating everywhere, seems that a file I include is not read.
Changing the DeleteNoServer in this file does not change anything, but in the main one
it changes the behavior.
My main file looks like:
DBAddr mysql://udmsearch:udmsearch@localhost/udmsearch_hackbooks/
Include /arg
in/udm-gw $1"
Am I right ?

While my script does all the job...
