I don't work in a UIMA related job and I have no resources to develop Lucas

This patch re includes the dependency copying and the lib folder
I don't know how this is supposed to work. I removed the Ant task which
creates the lib directory because I've thought that this is handled in the
parent POM like the rest of the PEAR packaging, but this is not the case.

strongly depends on the usage scenario. Maybe we could try to write the

I don't agree. There are also NotNullPredicates used in the
AnnotationTokenStream class, which avoid null checks of iterator
values. This is a really nice feature to clean up the code because
