Serial console support is built in to linux, all you need to do is turn
it on. It's not very involved, just a few changes to config files in

If it is a .cvs* probably a .cvsignore then it is of no importance.
I don't know which other file it could be else, so you could assume it

Im having problems with my unattended installs.
I can use a sis900 drive for the sis network card and all goes well.
As soon as I use a machine with a 3com card in it, everything seems to stop working.
