Summary:
If you use sysprep, use it in addition to unattended, since it's

application hung or todo got an error. Then I'd kill the app/todo, fix the
app manually and fix the scripts. Last I'd run todo.pl -go, to let the
install continue. This way you can fix a lot of bugs each round.

The only real solution for this is having the disk timeout and boot from the
harddisk, unless you select a floppy boot.
You could do this for a floppy by installing syslinux on the floppy, and
