Thanks to all for your comments on the problem of copying a Hebrew phrase from
Adobe to Word.
The Hebrew phrase is מהלך חמה הבינוני בשנים מחוברות ופרוטות וחדשים
I have had another look at the problem, with these results.
Copy from Adobe Acrobat 6 (with Select text):
Paste into Word as rtf -

Perhaps latest version for XP, either the gratis Adobe Reader 11
(formerly Acrobat Reader) or the commercial upgrade, Adobe Acrobat 11,
works better?
