I agree. As a biker I find it very dangerous when the bike lanes are used as loading zones. Its not easy to have swerve around cars parked especially where there are trolley tracks. One wrong turn and your wheel is stuck in the trolley track and you're down. Also I don't understand why at the

Chestnut doesn't have a bike lane until you get down by Penn.In the morning rush hour it can get pretty hairy when folks park on the south side of the street between 38th and 46th, even if they aren't supposed to before 9:30. It seems like a perfectly reasonable solution to jump on a wide sidewalk
